That's why Table Rock Fitness offers 24/7 extended access to members who need to workout outside of staffed hours*.  Our gym in Oneonta, NY is over 9000 square feet with a diverse collection of fitness equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Rogue, and more! We want our gym to be a second home to our members. Whether you exercise everyday or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, Table Rock Fitness can help shape the new you. *Online sign ups have been temporarily disabled.  Members are welcome to sign-up in person at TRF.

Membership rates vary with commitment.   


PAID IN FULL:  

1 year paid in full is $360.

1 month paid in full $50.

1 week paid in full $35.

1 day pass $15.

We also have 3 and 6 month offerings and a student semester based offering.   


MONTHLY RECURRING:  

A 12 month commitment is $30 per month and has an early cancellation fee.

A monthly recurring membership with no long term commitment is $38 per month.

Both recurring memberships have a 30 day cancellation policy and a one-time enrollment fee of $50.

ARE CHILDREN / MINORS ALLOWED ENTRY?

  • Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the facility.

  • Parent/guardian must be present for those under the age of 18 to sign up.

  • Minors under the age of 18 are not eligible for unsupervised extended access.

  • Minors under the age of 16 need an adult on premises to work out.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?

  • Prospective members are welcome to purchase a day pass to try out our facility.

  • The day pass fee may be applied as a credit against enrollment fees if a prospective member decides to sign up for one month or longer. This credit must be used within one week of purchase.

CLUB POLICIES

  1. Members must CHECK-IN at the front desk. 

    1. Using their own barcode key tag

  2. Member access cards are for individual use ONLY.

  3. Do NOT let others into the gym (No exceptions).

    1.  If someone has trouble with their access card they may call the phone number posted at the door.

  4. A signed waiver is required prior to utilizing the facility.

  5. Change your shoes at the door.

    1. Outdoor shoes are not permitted beyond the front desk area.

    2. Clean gym shoes are required on equipment and main floor.

  6. Shirts and shoes are required at all times.

  7. Wipe down machines with disinfectant after each use.

  8. Re-rack all free weights and plates after use.

  9. Return accessories to their original location.

    1. Medicine balls, mats, bars, utility benches, cable accessories etc.

  10. Do not move machines for any reason.

  11. Chalk is intended for the deadlift station only.

  12. Please refrain from dropping/slamming weights.

  13. The use of profane language is prohibited.

  14. Please refrain from yelling.

  15. Do not leave belongings on the main floor or equipment.

    1. Bags, sweatshirts, shoes, etc.

  16. Lockers are free for day use only.

**Failure to comply with club policies may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.**
